 Here is what you need…
~ a great attitude
~ be 18 years old or older
~ be committed to twice a week practices and workouts
~ not be afraid of a few bumps and bruises (trust us, they're sexy)
~ be dedicated to helping our team improve and our league grow

*Prior skating or roller derby skills are not required but helpful.

*Protective gear & Skates are required once you’ve decided to join, this includes: Roller Derby Skates (NO Barbie Skates!!), a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, wrist guards and a mouth guard.
